Volunteers are the heart of our mission. Whether you serve in the field, online, or at an event, your time and skills help transform lives. These guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and impactful experience for everyone.
Who Can Volunteer
We welcome individuals aged 18 and above from all backgrounds. Professionals in healthcare, education, engineering, finance, and communications are especially valuable, but a willing heart matters most. Minors may join alongside a parent or guardian.
How to Get Started
1. Complete the contact form and tell us about your interests and skills. 2. Attend a short orientation session. 3. Be matched with a program or event that fits your availability. 4. Receive a role briefing before any field activity.
Code of Conduct
Treat every community member with respect and dignity. Protect confidentiality. Follow the guidance of local team leads. Never promise outcomes we cannot deliver. Represent the organization with integrity on and off duty.
Safety & Support
Your safety comes first. Field volunteers receive briefing on local context, transport, and emergency contacts. A staff member is always reachable during assignments. We provide certificates of service for completed commitments.
